- CompTIA A+ 220-1101: Mobile devices, networking technology, hardware, virtualisation and cloud computing and network troubleshooting.
- CompTIA A+ 220-1102: Installing and configuring operating systems, expanded security, software troubleshooting and operational procedures.
ASSESSMENT:
For each module you will be required to complete both a pre-assessment and a post-assessment to test your knowledge and competency.
COURSE EXIT OUTCOMES:
Once you have completed this online short course you should demonstrate foundational knowledge of how to troubleshoot a wide range of devices, from computers to smartphones, andbe familiar with the technology vocabulary related to computer hardware and software.
